For the past few weeks on Ask the ADHD Teen Coach blogtalkradio show the discussion has been about heading off to college.  The episodes air 9:00 am (EST) on Monday mornings.

My youngest son is heading off to college in a few weeks.  We have been talking about what he needs to know how to do and what to do when away at school.

Even though he can cook and clean we’ve been going over the basics of both.
